vRealize Ops 6.5 / AWS Management Pack not showing metrics

Hi,

I have installed the AWS management pack, the 'collection state' is 'collecting' and the 'collection status' is 'data receiving'.

However the dashboards are not displaying any metrics for the AWS instances.

I have enabled the AWS CloudWatch monitoring.

Any suggestions?

I have now established the reason for this not working is due to the fact that my AWS instances were deployed in the EU West (London) zone.

As soon as I built instances in the EU West (Ireland) zone the instances appeared within vROps.
