vROPs 6.0 notification

Hi, i have create notification based on symptom (CPU, memory contention, packet dropped, cpu memory demand, disk latency etc) but we have no receive the notification (email), is there any step to test the notification on vROPs. There is o issue on mail relay or firewall, because the another notification is working.

Are you certain your notification is set up correctly? How are you alerting? Is the version really 6.0 out something else?

the notification is set up correctly, we have receive the notification except the symptom based.the version is 6.3.0.4276418 build 4276418
