Telegraf agent does not monitor processes or services on the guest (source).

Parity with Epops is priority so expect this to be covered in future release(s) of vROps.

For time being you can use the Epops agent for those use cases or wait for telegraf support. Keep in mind that there is no upgrade path from Epops agent to Telegraf and no migration of data between Epops and application monitoring.
