How, can i do a report o dashboard with information about deployed VMs in determined period. ?

you can use f.e. a "generic scoreboard" und use that settings

[btkrausen]

You could also use a Metric Graph and configure Interactions from the widget hank-get suggested. That would give you the ability to narrow down a time frame and look at the difference between total powered on VMs.
