Viewing latency / response time in vCOPS

I would like to be able to view the latency / response time that a virtual machine is experiencing when reading or writing to the storage system.  Although I see IOPS and disk utilization, I do not see latency / response time info in vCOPS storage metrics.  How can I get this info to show in vCOPS?

So, you don't see these metrics?  What version of vSphere are you running, and describe your storage configuration (NFS, SAN, etc).
