VROPS not collecting metrics for a metrics enabled in default policy

Hi All,

I know this is probably a noob question. We have a VROPS 8.6.1 appliance and we are currently setting up monitoring for Horizon using the latest available market place adaptor. There are some metrics which are available in the adaptor and enabled within the default policy but they are not collecting for some reason against the object in question. Is there any reason for this behaviour?

Any one have any clue or direct to what I should be doing to ensure this is collecting?

Regards

Richard

I have answered my own question.

The metrics do not appear if there are no users actively using the pooled desktops. 😀

That metrics collection in the policy is directly attached to that pool so I am looking at the VDI pool metrics
