VCops Licensing Issue

I currently own 95 VCops Manager Enterprise 5.6 (Standalone) licenses. I purchased an additonal 25 VCops Enterprise Licenses. When the licenses came in they came in as VCops Enterprise Suite licenses. I was not able to combine the licenses in anyway and ask for assistance from my inside sales team and rep. They told me they were 2 different products. So I asked if you could buy the standalone licenses in which I got a response of No you can't buy them anymore. So now I have a license for 95 VMs and another license for 25 VMs with no way to combine them.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you work around it without having to buy all new licenses for your environment?

Thanks for the help

Hey Norton,

you have to either downgrade enterprise licenses or upgrade the standalone licenses. Also vC Ops needs a single license key whether it might be standalone or enterprise version. vC ops cannot recognize two license keys of same version , either standalone or Enterprise.

Thanks
