Unable to validate the license key. Invalid license key on vROps 7.0

You probably have the wrong type of license. What type is it?

A 6.x key won't work. You need a 7.x key.

Yes, if you have active SnS you can upgrade your key.

im having the same issue. vRops 7 with with version 7 license key still says its invalid...

If it's telling you the license key is invalid then the key is actually invalid (or expired). There's no magic there.

Got it working now.. It was a 7 key then went to 2017 then finally went to 2018 which it accepted.
