Shared dashboards on 8.12

I have an SR open for this but just curious if anyone else has come across an issue with shared dashboards failing to render since updating to 8.12 or may have found a workaround? I recall a similar issue going to 8.4 that required a hotfix.

Tried the following myself:

reboot the Ops cluster
set dashboard access to "everyone"
regenerate a shared URL post-update

Updated to 8.12 last monday, so far nobody complained about not working dashboard. But I'll double check. Thanks for the headsup!

Seems like an authentication issue or something.

The shared dashboard URL contains the name of the system access URL you defined under global settings. Which makes something like this:

https://<System access URL>/ui?t=mnq6p3p3lp#3dr9edhxjn

^ that link indeed doesn't work.

But this link, directly to the FQDN of vROps does work:
https://<Master Node FQDN>/ui?t=mnq6p3p3lp#3dr9edhxjn

Primary node FQDN doesn't seem to apply in my case, primary node FQDN already goes out on my shared URLs.

Same here.  Upgraded from 8.10.2 to 8.12 and url shared dashboards won't load.  Payload templates are missing and log analysis fails to connect to vrli due to "Trusted certificates are not found for Operations for Logs adapter instance."  Waiting on a HF before moving forward with this release.

Same issue here.  Looks like they pulled the 8.12 update from downloads.

The workaround to get the url dashboard sharing working was to remove the log insight adapter account.  HF is in the works.

Got word on my SR.

The hotfix dropped for 8.12. Applied it and can confirm it fixes the shared dashboard issue among other things.
