This morning I've added a 2nd vSAN adapter in vROps but when I browse my dashboards there is no information displayed for the new adapter. When I look at the configured adapter instances under Administration - Solutions it states that the collection state is Collecting and collection status is Data Receiving. Is there a minimum polling period before information will populate into dashboards? I don't believe I've missed a step when adding the adapter as it seems to be configured correctly.

I had the same problem last week. To fix it we had to remove the vcenter form the vsan adapter and add it again
I've attempted this but still not showing the vSAN cluster in the vSAN capacity overview.
Contacted VMware support in the end. Issue arose when the VSAN adapter instance was entered as the IP and not the FQDN of the vCenter. Unless both the VSAN and vCenter adapter instances are identical problems can arise like the one I encountered above.
