No data in vROPs reports when using pie charts

Hi,

 

Today I can no longer have the pie charts in my reports in vROPS. I have tried putting them inside a dashboard then put the dashboard inside the report, and I tried putting the views of pie charts directly but both ways are not working. Yesterday I had datas and everything. What can be the issue? Please Help.

Hi,

As I understood, you had datas in the generated report yesterday, but today the same report is blank?

Yes. we had a CPU problem, we added more vCPU but the problem is still there.

There is also a super metric that is no longer calculated ...

Do the metrics, used in the report and supermetrics, collect data?

The super metrics do before few days but there are not any more. The normal metrics are collecting properly.
