I'm somwhat suprised the installation document describes required Exchange permissions as being Read to all databases including "system databases".. How does that translate into Exchange rights ?
Could anyone elaborate if they created a role group, or what Exchange specific rights they gave to the service account they are using to run the agent on Exchange 2016 servers ?
Minimum Privileges to Monitor the Microsoft Exchange Solution Plugin
Ensure that the user the agent runs with after installation has sufficient privileges.
n If the Exchange server runs in a domain, the user should be a part of that domain.
n The user must have read access to all databases including system databases.
n The user must be a local administrator.
