Is there a way to exclude a VM from right-sizing with the VROps api?

In vROps, we can manually exclude machines from being right-sized by clicking on the EXCLUDE VM(S) button.  We're trying to figure out how to do that programmatically via the API.  Is it possible to do that with the vROps API?
