How do I add multiple items at once to a vRealize widget?

I am trying to make a sparkline graph of CPU usage for 100+ vms. I can't figure out out to configure the widget except by selecting each VM one at a time in the middle selectbox and then clicking on Cpu usage in the right hand selectbox.  These VMs are all the same virtual machine folder. If I select the VM folder, the RH selectbox says "No metrics to select."

I can select multiple hosts and then use the "perform multi-select interaction" button, the items get added but the widget comes out blank.

How can I make a sparkline graph for 100+ hosts without having to select each host and its metric one at a time?

This is vRealize Operations Manager 6.2....

Thanks -w

To do a multiple select: Select all of the items you want in the middle selectbox, then click on "Perform Multi-Select Interaction" (the button with the three rectangles and the right arrow.) VROM will think for a few sec, then throw up a menu on the RHS with the data items you can select. Clicking there will add the metric for all the objects you selected.
