Custom Resource Interaction XML only displays "No Data" in Metric Chart

Hello:

I created and imported a Resource Interaction XML following documentation (vRealize Operations Manager 6.0.1 Documentation Center  "Add a Resource Interaction XML File")  but no matter how i configure the XML, the Metric Chart -when using the Resource Interaction mode just created- only displays "No data"

I'm attaching a screenshot

I appreciate your help

Is there a space before and after:

cpu | usage_average

instead of cpu|usage_average?

Can you list what you have in the XML?

Do you have your interaction with the providing widget?

Cheers,

Hi David, could you please export and attach TUSCANY_NEW dashboard and xml file. It should work without problems.

Hello

It works!

Shame on me

I don't remember this behaviour in vCOPs 5.x but nevermind, it works!

Thanks

Been there many times.

Good to have another set of eyes on the problem.

Cheers,
