Clear alert for a VM that cannot/will not be remedied?

Hey guys - I have a situation where a VM has "Continuous high CPU usage causing stress".  The client is not willing to pay for more vCPU and nothing is hung within the guest or running incorrectly.  So, I need to basically waive this alert from applying to this specific VM.  What's the best way to do this?  I am trying to get vRealize Operations to a point where I can send my ops team in to remediate issues, but right now there's a ton of erroneous alerts and I want to widdle it down as much as possible.  Thanks!

The correct way to handle this is to create a policy either for this customer or this set of VMs to not activate that alert.
