Can Super Metric Package be added to Tier as a default

I have created a Super Metric Package and added it to the Application Tiers that I have defined and it works as expected.

I then added the tier SMP to Environment > Configuration > Resource Kind Defaults.

However,  when I create a new Application it does not apply the SMP to the new Tiers.

Is this to be expected?  Are there some RKs that SMP can not be added to by default?

That is expected, you need to add to each Tier.

Let me replicate in my Lab...will check it...I might have misunderstood U.
