vCO Appliance network configuration with Yast2

I have to change the IP, SN and GW information as I have entered incorrect information while deploying it.  I'm using yast2 in-built tool for that and it works verywell but after a reboot the the entries I made rest back to wrong configuration.  Any idea why it is doing it?

as this is a vmware appliance, you should not use yast to configure it, but the vmware appliance tools

webbased config is available on port 5480 of the appliance, there you can change the network settings.

on commandline its the

/opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net

command.
