VRealize Orchestrator 8.1 Integration with Micro Focus Service Manager (HP Service Manager)

Dears,

I search everywhere for this without finding any answers,

We have Micro Focus Service Manager (Old Name: HP Service Manager) and we have VRealize Orchestrator 8.1 and we are unable to integrate the two solutions to automate MFSM requests to VRO workflows.

We found some old integration plugins from 2014 but the link in VMWare Solutions Exchange is giving 404 page..

Please Help us on this...

There's no prebuilt solution for this. You will have to write your own integrations from scratch (custom).

You need to enable Web service and the REST documentation will be available on the server itself: Service Document

Then you can use vRO REST plugin to interact with this interface: Using the HTTP-REST Plug-In
