Restarting vCO services automatically upon reboot

I'm having issues with scheduled vCO reports not running after a reboot of the vCO server.  How can I make sure that all services required to make vCO scheduled reports continue running go on without interruption in the event that the vCO server needs to be rebooted?  This vCO instance is a VCO instance running on Windows 2008 SErver R2, not a vCO appliance.
