vRealise automation/vCAC 6.1 queries

1) Can two vcenters be configured in vCAC as we have two vcenter one used for server management and one for horizon view VDI and VPC deployment.

2) Licensing of vCO plugin for horizon view VDI deployment.

Is it free or licensed ? any reference to site available ?
Just FYI link  https://www.vmware.com/support/horizon-view/doc/horizon-vro-plugin-12-release-notes.html gives latest relase of vCO plugin for horizon view 6.
Is VCO plugin for horizon View 5.3.1 ?

I referred PDF http://pubs.vmware.com/vCAC-61/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/vcloud-automation-center-61-installation-... for reading and installing vcac 6.1/I have few queries raised from this PDF.
Can anyone help me out on below queries:

Q The virtual or physical Windows machine that hosts the IaaS components must meet configuration requirements for the IaaS database, the IaaS server components, the IaaS Manager Service, and DEMs.

Where are the hardware , software requirements for Iaas Componenets listed ?

Iaas Installation Pre-requisites: Database Credentials:
Q 1) you can create the database using the installation wizard or create it manually by running the provided script .  Which script is this ?

Q 2) If you use the installer to create the database and do not select "Use Windows Authentication", you must provide SQL credentials with the sysdamin role. If you do not use Windows authentication, the credentials you provide are used only for database creation (not for run-time accesss after initial creation).
Can anyone elaborate this point ?

Q PDF refers to huge amount of preparations before installation.

I have read on below link that vcac comes with prerequisites checker. Is it correct . Can this be used to prepare for installation or just check if everything is okay.
link:  vCAC downloads as .ZIP file in the /tools director you should find a DCACPrereqCheckerInstaller.msi which will examine the VMs you’re installing to verify the meet the requirements

Have also read about any powershell script that does the preparation part (links below). Could it be used? Does it prepare or is just a checker ?

However your answer to query 2 is not clear about licensing.

Also I will like to add one more point that how can vcenter SSO  5.5 Update 1c   version   5.5.0.778 be utilized for VRA instead of installing identity manager appliance ?
