I'm trying to setup a custom role for one of our operations teams that gives them the ability to manage all of the deployments and vm's. I created the role and ticked the option for "Manage Deployments". Works great for everything I have tested so far aside from launching the remote console which they may need. It seems if the logged in user does not also have the "Member" role in the project I get this error:
Http Failure for <url to the remote console> 500 OK.
I don't want to add a group to every project with the member role in order for them to launch the console. This seems like a bug. Any others encounter this? Is this by design?
