Probably, with a custom XaaS day 2 action, but why are you trying to recreate the wheel here? This is exactly what the expire vs archive functionality does. Just don't entitle them to the destroy function and only the expire function. Set the archive interval for 7 days and you'll achieve the same thing much more easily.
