vCac database - privileges

We are using empty database created using create database.sql script, dbOwner rights are sufficient as per documentation.

We use SQL Azman store and for that docs say Sysadmin rights are required, although installation goes just fine.

any views on the current setup and repercussions.

The AzMan db schema are created under vCAC database BUT the AzMan extended stored procedures (5 of them) are created under Master database and thus sysadmin right is required for installation.  The install account's db sysadin privilege can be revoked once the installation is complete.

In your case the install account might have had 'sysadmin' privilege.  The functions of these stored procs are described by their names.  Check if you have the followings:
