vCAC Licensing Error

Hi,

When try to import License Key to vCAC 6 , it show the following error. Would anyone give help? Thanks

Are you using the right license key?

Have you tried restarting the vApp?

have you tried the same license in the vCAC portal?

This happened to me Smiley Happy this is kinds funny, copy and paste sometime make things more miserable!!

Are you trying to paste the license key from the PDF document or some other place which could be in different format or font style. If you do, try to pasting to Notepad and see if all 6 Blocks of key are in a line and try removing extra space .

Another possible checkpoint for you could be the VCAC services are available or they are still loading up or taking time due to limited compute resources.

Actually, that looks like it's failing when attempting to retrieve the licence status - normally it would indicate that you're unlicenced. Is your IaaS box online (services started etc)?
