Hi, we are using user interaction 3 times in a workflow. In each user interaction we are showing a datagrid with info from an external sources and are allowing supervisors to answer it (We get the project's supervisor group with the VRA's API).
We have gotten a problem where if we make a request from PROJECT1, the user interaction for the supervisor of PROJECT1 works fine, but then the second user interaction where the supervisor from PROJECT2 doesnt appear at all in the user input request tab even though in the deployment shows that it's waiting for the supervisor to answer the user interaction. the third user interaction will be answered by users with administrator permissions in both PROJECT1 and PROJECT2.
In the user interaction action in the workflow, under the options I have added the wanted security group under security.group and added the same group to a array that is used in security.assignee.groups. I have also added a timeoutDate and decided that as im not dealing with showing the user interaction to a specific user, the security.assignees should be left empty.
The VRA's version is 8.14.
