Can you provide more information on exactly what your trynig to acheive.  vCAC takes machines under management, but they still need to be managed by vCenter and/or vCD.  vCAC simple does a non-intrusive import so they are managable through the vCAC platform.

Essentially you don't migrate the VM's if you want to manage vCenter VM's you need to crate a vCenter Enpoint, bring the vCenter clusters under management and then import the VM's for Management.  if you want to be able to manage vCD resources you will also need a vCD Endpoint, but the process of bringing existing vCD vApps under management is not all that grat today, but will imporove in future releases.

One thing to point out if you connec tot vCenter and vCD both you cannot manage a cluster that is in vCenter that is also in use by vCD within vCAC.
