Make customization specification a variable in a picklist

I'm looking for a way to allow a vra user to select from a list of vsphere customization specifications.  I am working from a single Windows Server catalog item/vsphere template and a powershell deployment script that is launched from RunOnce in the customization spec.  My deployment script has a parameter variable that determines things like domain, groups, etc - so I'd like to make one custom spec per scenario.

Is there a way to make a pick list in a vra form which allows a user to select the custom spec that will be used to deploy the vm?  We have vrealize automation enterprise ed.
