The subject is self-explanatory I think - but maybe I can say it this way, too: I guess I don't understand what the "items and approvals" are when adding an entitlement?
I remember being told that we should be able to manage all of our provisioned VMs through the vCAC interface, which means: an administrator (or user who has rights to a VM server) should be able to login and:
start up
shut down
suspend
open console
But when I entitle users several of these actions are not available for "virtual machines" but only for "machines". I've tried adding them anyway, but the only things we can do in Infrastrucure/Managed Machines is View, Change Reservation or Destroy.
Huh ... how can we allow our users to manage these "managed machines"?
