How to destroy a virtual machine using ASD custom resource action?

Hi Folks,

I am trying to destroy a virtual machine using ASD. I have created a custom resource action, however it's not getting the job done.

I am using vCAC 6.1 environment and the latest vCO plugin for vCAC (6.1).

Created the custom resource action using this workflow - "Request a resource action" found in vCO - Library/vCloud Automation Center/Requests

It expects two inputs - vCACCAFE:CatalogResource and vCACCAFE:ConsumerResourceOperation which I am not able to find when I trigger this action from ASD.

Can someone tell me what am I missing over here? Am I doing it right? Is there a better way?

Thanks,

P

Not sure about Resource Actions, but you could just pull the "Delete Virtual Machine" workflow into ASD

Just booting up my vCAC Lab so I can show some more screenshots
