Have error message when request OS "access denied. the business group for this request must exist with iaas.". Should anyone help? Thanks

Have you checked entitlement. Sometimes It might be pointing to a Bushiness group that didn't exist anymore. Create a new entitlement and check whether you are able to solve it.
