in VRA the dropdowns are blank, which require you to select an option before proceeding. in ITSM the 1st option in the list is selected by default, is there a way to change this behavior. i would like the dropdown in ITSM to be unpopulated, forcing the user to actually select something, instead of having the first option auto populated in the dropdown menu by default.
any thoughts?
