need help with vmware exsi 4 install

guys, I extracted the dd image from the iso image and put it in a 2G usb drive, then I proceed to boot off of it, everything went well untill I got error: "Failed to load lvm driver"

I put together this box the motherboard is biostar: K8M800 Micro AM2

any help appreciated

You need to make sure that all of your hardware is on the Hardware Compatability List for ESX
