how to update esxi u4?

Hi,

I feel very stupid to ask this question but it cannot find it myself.

How do I update my ESXi to update 4?

I have tried and download this file (ESX Server 3i U4 Installable) and burned it to a cd and boot from it but what I can see do it only want to install the ESXi again and not upgrade.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Did you install the VI Client? you could use the Infrastructure Update tool to upgrade. take a look at this pdf, page 113:

No clue, but just do it manually: right click the vm - upgrade vmware tools.
