Reinstall ESXi 3.5 embedded with ESX 3.5

I would like to remove one of ESXi 3.5 embedded host and reinstall with ESX 3.5. Can someone please share their experience and the steps involved for the reinstallation? Do we need to remove the ESXi flash drive embedded in the server mainboard? Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums - It is quite simple insure that the boot order is such that you boot from the disk where you install the ESX version before the embedded ESXi - I believe depending on the manufacturer you can disable booting form the embedded flash drive - and just install ESX onto the boot disk -
