Hardware Check under ESX(i)

Dear all,

is there a possibility to check hardware in ESX(i)? e.g. we had defect hard drive in a HP server, which was running as RAID. We replace the drive and it looks fine. But can I somehow check, if the RAID was rebuild?

Or in general, can I check other hardware parameters?
