can I activate new certificates on an ESX server 3.5 without reboot?

I created new, signed certificates for my 3.5 server and installed them. What is the correct command to activate them?

I would prefer not to rebooit the server.

Hello,

Restart the services that use them...

service mgmt-vmware restart

service vmware-webAccess restart

service mgmt-vpxa restart

These should cover most things.
