VCBMounter - Missing drive on VM Guest

I am using VCB to copy a full VM over the SAN, and VCB to mount the contents of a Virtual Machine onto my ProxyHost. I have one particular guest which has two hard disks configured (the OS is Win2003 and it has a C, D, and E partition). However, when I use VCBMounter for Full copy and File level mount, the second virtual disk is not showing up. Where is it? See screenshots for 1) Properties of my guest and 2) Contents of full VM copy.

Both virtual disks are on the same VMFS LUN. This is not making too much sense, and is not good for DR because I would not have the second virtual disk... Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Doh, I think I just realized this.. The second disk the "Independent" box is checked, which means it is not affected by snapshot's. Apparently I cannot change this setting while the VM is running.
