Import VMs from ESX 3.5 Update2 to Workstation 6

The question is:

How can i import VMs from ESX 3.5 Update2 to Workstation 6 (on Windows)?

As i see there is in tab Import -> ESX server .... -> then i type IP, login, password -> wizard shows me available VMs -> i select one of it and press ok -> then system types me error: "Unable to determine Guest Operation System".

try using VMware Converter for this. There will be an option to import to a VMware standalone virtual machine.

Sorry, but this system is new for me. Can you tell where its converter i can find?

...and since you are already running ESX, you probably can download the Enterprise Editon as well.
