Capacity Planner Data Collector Error: Remote Collector Temporarily Disabled

I have a data collector performing a CE in a test environment. When I run a synchronize data, it produces the following error:

05/07/2008 09:16:34:0:1692: Remote-Config.DoRemoteConfiguration: Error returned from Dashboard: Remote Collector Configuration has been temporarily disabled.

Now at my account on optimize.vmware.com it is showing that some data is been sync'ed. Meaning that it does upload some data to the site. Has anyone seen this error or now why it is beening produced? The DataSync does report back as the job finished and completed.

I'm getting exactly the same error, strange... can't seem to find any articles about it at all ! ?!?!?

That error message is a warning displayed when the dashboard can't communicate back to the collector. It won't hinder the collectors main function of uploading inventory and performance data. This is most likely caused by a blocked inbound port to the collector.
