Hello ,
Could anybody tell me ESX 3.5 is 32 bit or 64 bit ?

Welcom to the Forums
ESX3.0.x and 3.5 are 32bit Kernels, this however does not preclude the running of 64bit Guests if certain conditions are met
These being the the Host Server has a chip set and BIOS that supports the VT extensions (Vanderpool instructions set - Intel) or is Athlon Revison E or greater if AMD,

Hey,
We've had this question many times...
ESX 3.x is 32 bit, even though it can address the higher memory range.
The up and coming VI4 will be 64bit.

And even though ESX is 32 bit it can run 64 bit vms.
The VMKernel is 32-bit, the Virtual Machine Monitors are in fact 64-bit since 3.x, hence the ability to support 64-bit OS's with no performance degredation.
