Template missing from the Inventory

I created a Windows 2003 template last week, and now when I click to show VM and Templates, so it does not show my template, but I do see my template in the datastore. How can I make this appear in my inventory so I can use the existing template to create a new VM.... any help would be highly appreciated.

i found it by browsing the datastore and open the folder containing the template. Right click on the vmxt file and Add to Inventory

Also from the service console, you can "vmware-cmd -s register /vmfs/volumes/VOLUME/PathToVM.vmt"

if that doesn't work, rename it to vmx and try again.
