I just passed the VCP-DCV exam, how long until I receive my cert and will it be mailed, emailed or how will I receive the cert? this is my first VMWaer cert.

First of all, congrats for passing the exam!

Once all prerequisites are met (e.g. course, exam) it usually takes a few days until the certificate is available in your account.
I'm not sure, whether VMware sends an email notification, so keep checking the account.

It can take at least 48 hours for the system data to flow to Certification Manager. When you have earned your certification, you will also be awarded a digital badge that is issued by Credly. You will get an email from Credly asking you to accept the badge. If you haven't created an account yet, you will need to do so to accept the badge. This will also be your cue to know that your e-certificate and logos are available for download from Certification Manager.

Thank you for that information, Google Credly to create the account? Or will an account creation be in the email? I want to be proactive if that's possible.
