I passed Spring Certified Professional exam (2V0-72.22) but didn't receive the certificate !

I completed the learning path in spring academy 100%, and passed the Spring Certified Professional exam 2 days ago and I didn't get any emails regarding the certificate from vmware !

You can see in the image below in certification manager that I completed the required training.

Send an email to certification@vmware.com with details of your training completion and exam pass.

I already sent them an email two days ago, and I didn't get any response from them and also no support ticket was created for me !
