Failed VUM Install Error 25085

I was hoping to get pointed in the right direction on this.

I am installed VUM on a vCenter Server running 4.1u1 running on Windows 2k8r2. It is connecting to a SQL2k8r2 DB. I have covered the basics with the password not containing ; or " as well as making sure it is using a 32-Bit odbc connection. I am not sure if this KB pertains to the error I am seeing as I am seeing these two errors.

Thanks again,

I did go through that kb as well, I changed the user for test purposes to the Administrator role in vcenter, and the user name/pwd I tried to address as well, going to the point of reseting the pwd, adding it to the local admin group of the system for good measure, but it still is producing the same result.

One other thing of note is the password error is refering to "VUM unregisteration from VC failed"
