Private Message not showing read and cannot reply

I received a private message from another user the other day. There do not seem to be any options to mark it read or reply to the message. I ended up just sending a new message back as a reply, but the message is still showing unread. I cannot delete it or make any changes to it.

You have to actually click on the text of the title of the message to open/read it.

That worked. Thank you. First time I have ever gotten a private message. The subject did not look like a hyperlink, but I was able to click on it.
