Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 client freezes on vmware 17 player

I have been using Vmware workstation for >10 years. Discover new issue few weeks ago, ubuntu 20.04 client freeze while running ~20 min.  During freeze host (W10) task manager vmx uses 50% of cpu. Suspending and start client will fix situation. Test also 22.04 Ubuntu client, it freeze also (load it from ubuntu page, run it without any modification). All other windows clients works fine.
