However, it can't be.
The total of all assigned VM memory is not even 50% of available installed RAM in the hosts.
I'm using VI Client & server 2.0.2 build 50618
and the hosts are all 3.0.2-61618
Most of the times there is no host memory warning, even though they are over 75%, but sometimes there is.
Migrations do not seem to change the numbers for a long time -- at least 1/2 hour before there is any change in the reported numbers.
I have 6GB of physical RAM in each host
From Configuration.Memory:
System 443.31
Virtual Machines 4.78GB
Service Console 800MB.
This is the same for all hosts.
On each host, the total of assigned VM mmory is less than 75% of the 4.78GB
