Mac Address issue when vmotioning a VM to another host

I have a issues that when I vmotion a vm to a host the server loses network connectivitey and requires a new mac address to function. HAs anyone seen this before?

Could you please be more specific, what error messages do you see on each stage, what is your pruduct, system configuration etc?

When you vmotion a VM the MAC address of the VM does not change - perhaps you have port security set on your physical switches requiring a change to the VMs MAC Address -
