SHD - Tool Update and VCG Update fails

When clicking CHECK TOOL UPDATES, get message "Download failed - Connecting to update site failed."

When clicking VCG Update, get message "VCG connect failed - Failed to resolve target name"

Internet Connection Status showing as connected.

Currently using version 2.5.0

appliance has been updated to ver 3.0.0 and issue still exists

Issue was resolved by adding a DNS entry in the appliance

after I modified /etc/systemd/resolved.conf with my specifications, everything works
